The Beginning Fitness Program is ideal for the individual who
is currently not involved with or just starting a physical fitness
program or exercise routine. It is designed for adults that may be
overweight or sedentary and are looking to live a healthier life.
This program is a 21 week program. Participants meet as a group
once a week for one and one half hours. The weekly meetings
include strength and cardiovascular training with individualized
coaching on form, bio-mechanics, exertion effort and other important
training factors. Each meeting will also have informative
lectures and educational material on various health and fitness
topics. Personalized programs are developed, which will guide
participants activity and nutrition throughout the week.
Individual progress is tracked throughout the fitness program and
goals and programs are adjusted accordingly.
